Hi, I’m Nicole Wolfe, a Registered Nurse with nine years of experience in Emergency Medicine, ICU, PACU, and my true passion—medical aesthetics. I graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and am currently pursuing my Nurse Practitioner degree to further expand my scope of practice and clinical expertise.
My focus is on facial balancing, and I pour my heart into delivering the safest, most advanced techniques to help my clients achieve natural, refreshed results. I believe in enhancing your features—not changing them—so you still look like you, just a more confident version. It’s incredibly important to me that aesthetic spaces remain judgment-free zones where every client feels accepted, heard, and valued.
I’m committed to continuing education and attend monthly trainings, along with national aesthetic conferences at least once or twice a year, to stay up to date on the latest techniques and innovations. I also mentor newly trained injectors in my office, helping them refine their skills and encouraging a culture of safety and collaboration within our industry—something I’m deeply passionate about.
My favorite treatments include lip filler, Sculptra, Radiesse, and my signature service, liquid rhinoplasty. Liquid rhinoplasty is especially rewarding for me, as it allows clients to address something they’ve long felt insecure about without undergoing surgery.

Dr. Michael Chen is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with nearly two decades of experience caring for patients in busy emergency departments. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Chicago and earned his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency in Chicago, and has worked in Chicago, Kansas, Lubbock, Maine, and now Houston He has spent his career developing a strong foundation in patient care, anatomy, safety, and clinical decision-making.
Michael’s interest in aesthetics comes from his passion for helping people look and feel their best while still looking like themselves. He believes aesthetic medicine is about enhancing natural features, building confidence, and creating individualized treatment plans rather than changing who someone is. He brings the same attention to detail and commitment to safety from his years in Emergency Medicine into his work in aesthetics.
Michael and Nicole’s professional relationship goes back several years. They first met while working together in the Emergency Department in Lubbock, Texas, where they worked side-by-side for approximately four years. After years of working together in the ER, Michael is excited to now join Nicole in a different setting as the Medical Director of her practice in Austin.
Outside of medicine, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring new restaurants, cars, music/concerts, and finding time to enjoy life outside of the ER. He is excited to bring his experience, passion for aesthetics, and commitment to patient safety and personalized care to the practice.
Hi,my name is Hailey Hernandez and I’m originally from Southlake, Tx. I recently graduated from The University Of Texas with a degree in Exercise Science and recently became a Certified Medical Assistant. I’m an Olympic Diver for Team USA and have been diving for 15 years! The past 4 years I was a Student-Athlete on the Women’s swim and dive team and helped lead my team to 3 national runner up titles. I’ve always been passionate about healthcare and helping people feel their best. I’m excited to join the med spa field because it combines medicine and a creative outlet to empower people to feel their best inside and out. I’m excited to learn, grow, and be part of a team that values patient care, beauty, and well-being.
I’m originally from Austin, Texas and currently a nursing student at St. David’s School of Nursing at Texas State University in Round Rock. I’ve always had a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, and with dreams of becoming an injector, I’m excited to combine my love for both fields to help people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Outside of nursing, I love spending time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, and staying active. Hi! My name is Evy and I am a recent graduate from esthetician school. My goal is to help others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin! As a Front Desk Coordinator and Esthetician, I love creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every client.
My passion for aesthetics began with my own lifelong struggle with acne. When my acne flared up to its worst in my early twenties, I felt frustrated and unsure of what to do. As I began learning more about skincare and helping my own skin, I discovered a passion for helping others navigate their skin concerns, too!
I understand that skin concerns can affect much more than appearance, impacting confidence and overall well-being. I’m passionate about educating my clients, helping them understand their skin, and creating personalized experiences where they feel heard, supported, and comfortable.
